  1. Terms and Conditions of Sale

  2. These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made from Lunavix Interiors Limited. By placing an order, making a payment, or accepting delivery of any product, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms.

  4. Product Availability
  5. All products displayed, quoted, or offered for sale are subject to availability at the time of purchase. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory records, Lunavix reserves the right to cancel, modify, or substitute orders where a product becomes unavailable.

  7. Orders and Deposits
  8. Certain products may require a deposit or advance payment before an order is confirmed, reserved, processed, or scheduled for delivery.
  9. Orders shall only be deemed confirmed upon receipt of the required payment and acceptance by Lunavix.

  11.  Pricing and Payments
  12. All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice.
  13. Full payment may be required before delivery unless alternative payment arrangements have been expressly agreed in writing.

  15.  Delivery
  16. Delivery timelines provided by Lunavix are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

  17. Delivery schedules may be affected by factors including, but not limited to:

    1. Product availability
    2. Manufacturing lead times
    3. Traffic and logistics conditions
    4. Weather conditions
    5. Customer availability
    6. Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
  18. Lunavix shall not be liable for delays arising from such circumstances.


  21. Inspection and Reporting of Issues
    Customers are required to inspect all goods immediately upon delivery or collection.
    Any damage, defect, shortage, or delivery-related concern must be reported to Lunavix within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt.
    Failure to notify Lunavix within this period may constitute acceptance of the goods as delivered.

  23. Custom, Special Order and Made-to-Order Items
    Deposits and payments made towards specially ordered, custom-made, imported, modified, or bespoke products are non-refundable once production, procurement, processing, customization, or shipment has commenced.
    Any cancellation request shall be subject to Lunavix’s review and approval.

  25. Product Variations
    Customers acknowledge that slight variations in color, texture, grain pattern, finish, dimensions, or appearance may occur due to the nature of furniture, lighting conditions, screen displays, manufacturing processes, and natural materials.
    Such variations shall not be considered defects.

  27. Ownership of Goods
    Ownership of goods shall remain with Lunavix until full payment has been received and cleared.
    Lunavix reserves the right to withhold delivery or recover goods where payment obligations remain outstanding.

  29. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunavix’s liability in relation to any claim arising from the sale, delivery, or use of its products shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the affected product.
    Lunavix shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including loss of profit, business interruption, or loss of opportunity.

  31. Force Majeure
    Lunavix shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, government actions, transportation disruptions, supply chain interruptions, civil disturbances, pandemics, or natural disasters.

  33. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
    Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nigeria.

  35. Amendments
    Lunavix reserves the right to update, revise, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version published on our official website at the time of purchase shall apply.
